THe second story is a 20x30 master suite with a half bath and a 6 x 10 foot walk in closet. Everything in the home has been newly remodeled in the last 9 years. The other two bedrooms are 12 x 15 with a closet and 14 x 15 plus a walk in closet under the staircase. The full bath is 10 x 10 and the washer and dryer are conveniently located in the bathroom so there's no need to lug clothes to the basement. It has a brand new ceramic tile floor and shower. The kitchen, dining room, and living room all open up to each other so you can have conversation while cooking and you never feel like you're in a different room. We have a pellet stove in the master suite and one in the dining room to cut down on the amount of oil we use in the winter and we like the fireplace feel that they give off. We just replaced the carpet in the master and the living room in April. Neighborhood Description Our neighborhood is kind of quite in that people keep to themselves. We've met a handful of the neighbors though and they are all great and willing to do whatever you need. Our closest neighbor is the house right next door and if we go away, he's always willing to keep an eye on things and has even snowblown our driveway in the winter while we were gone.
