The secondary bedroom is on the first floor and has concrete floors, two walk in closets, in-unit full bathroom, and access to the outdoor patio. The second floor kitchen and dining/living area is open-concept and opens up into high ceilings and has gorgeous hardwood floors. The second floor additionally has a balcony that opens from the kitchen. The primary bedroom is on the third level with brand new carpet and separate study area and a large finished closet with upgraded drawers and racks. There is an attached two car garage on the first level. Guest parking is common to the entire compound and is first come first serve. Street parking is also available right outside the complex, a 1-2 minute walk away. Please feel free to ask questions! Renter is responsible for all utilities.
