The bedrooms are located on the second floor, offering privacy and a peaceful retreat. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished to ensure a restful night's sleep, with ample closet space and comfortable bedding. As our guest, you'll enjoy full access to your own private apartment, along with a wide range of top-notch amenities, including a fitness center, laundry facilities, swimming pool, dog park, basketball court, activity court, outdoor fitness area, playground, pet play area, spa, tennis court, and grill and picnic area. We have a pet limit of 2 pets per reservation with no aggressive breeds and a weight limit of 50Lb. A one-time non-refundable pet deposit of $250 is required. The community extends from the southern edge of Downtown Nashville to the Nashville Zoo at Grassmere. Commuting and traveling is simple with access to several major highways and Nashville International Airport. This property is stocked for mid-term stays, so we provide only starter toiletries. Please bring your own toiletries when you come. Some properties have scheduled checks for smoke detectors and HVAC filters. We will notify you in advance if access is needed. If urgent repairs are required and we cannot reach you within a certain time, we reserve the right to enter the unit. The main occupant must be listed on the reservation and the reservation must reflect the accurate number of guests and pets. Mailbox access is available upon request and is not guaranteed. A refundable key deposit is required and will be returned when the key is returned. Respect shared spaces and amenities, keep noise levels low during late hours, and dispose of garbage and recycling properly in designated areas.
