It is right across from Olympia Mills, seconds from Village Idiot Pizza, and Greek Village. The apartment building is full of young adults as well as some students. Parking included! My windows face the back side of the building where there is an abundance of trees and it is very green. Apt. 129 is located on the first floor, it is easily accessible and very quiet. I am also willing to cover your first months rent if you chose to move-in December or January (move-in dates are flexible) because I am trying to sublease this ASAP. A security deposit of $500 is due before your move-in date, which will be returned after lease is up. If you cannot cover the security deposit, I am willing to cover that for you because I am really trying to get this place subleased. Move-in dates are flexible!
