The house has 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, a kitchen, dinning room and a family room. There are stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, cooking utensils, refrigerator, washer and dryer, beds with bedding, and bathroom with towels and so forth. It can sleeps up to 8 family members or friends with two King size beds, a Queen, and a bunker bed. No garage but 3-4 parking spaces are available on the property. There is also a back yard. In the family room, there is a fireplace and a 72" Smart TV. For more see pictures. Owner pays one month utilities and all necessary bedroom, bathroom and kitchen supplies like that in the hotel. Starting from the second month, while owner still pays for everything, but tenants pay their own consumable supplies, like shampoo, conditioner, soap, tissues, hand towels, coffee, cooking oil, detergent etc.
