This is a wonderful home! It is in a quiet neighborhood with a great community feel. There are beautiful mature trees and well kept lawns and homes. We have very much enjoyed living in this home and in this are. There is newer carpet in the living room. A dishwasher 6 years ago, replaced the roof and gutters 4 years ago, a new air conditioner was put in two years ago and a new hot water heater 1.5 years ago. We put brand new carpet in the basement at the begining of April (2016). This is a ready move in home
