Background Check:
For each applicant (18 years or older), a background check will be completed to determine any history of criminal activity, evictions, or sexual predatory activity.
Availability:
You must be willing and able to pay the upfront costs according to the lease terms offered within 48 hours of the application being approved and the lease offering being provided.
Application Processing Time:
Up to 5 business days may be required to process an application. This time begins when complete applications are received.
Acceptance:
Under Portland, law the first qualified applicant will be accepted.
Right to dispute:
You have the right to dispute the accuracy of any information provided to the owner/agent by the screening service or credit reporting.
