The home is a farmhouse built in the 1890's as far as we can determine. A kitchen, bath, large hallway, and indoor plumbing were added in the 1950's. In 1986, the current owners converted the unfinished attic into approximately 640 square feet of living space which includes two private bedrooms and an open room that can be used for TV, reading, office, play room, etc. Also in 1986, the lot was excavated to create considerably more playing room for children and outdoor living space for adults. Also in 1986, central heat and air was installed for the first time. In 1987 one of the downstairs rooms was converted to a 120 square feet bathroom with two storage closets, and the original bathroom was converted to a half bath and enlarged to 51 square feet with a laundry closet added. In the early 1990's the kitchen was gutted and rebuilt. Both bathrooms and the kitchen were upgraded in 2015. Also in 2015 a new roof was installed.
