There is a large back porch with beautiful views of the ocean. I am looking to rent starting November 1 - March 1(4 months). This is a very nice condo in Carolina Beach. I do allow pets for a $50/month fee and also a $1000 refundable security deposit. I will not consider a long term rental because I already have people booked for the spring months. Fully Furnished. This is a lease for 4 months. Pets are welcome for an additional $50/mth fee. Will rent from November 1-March 1. Can be flexible with dates by a few weeks on each side. Price includes everything but electric and internet. There are 2 parking spaces.
