    Property resides in a quiet neighborhood, most neighbors are older, close to DC and the rest of PG County. The room is located on the main floor with my cousin and I. It is carpeted and has a window looking towards the backyard with shutters and curtain rod. It has its own closet space with closing doors. Room has key to lock. You will share the bathroom with the other roommate, please keep it clean between the both of you in cleaning duties. We have the living room, kitchen, and dining room are shared spaces. You will also have your own shelf space in the fridge. Please be mindful that it is still a family home, my brother and parents live in the basement floor. Sometimes they come to cook or watch TV in the living room. Water and electricity included. +$25 for Wi-Fi. Laundry is not included, there are nearby laundromats. If you have a vehicle, you may park it across the street from the house. You don't have to worry about towing or ticketing but I would ask for $50 in addition to the rent for the space. Preferably looking for someone who is a professional looking for a spot to rest, if you work long hours or are a student. We all work different hours of the day. I work early mornings and sometimes weekends. Smoking is not allowed. If you vape I ask that you ventilate and close the vents. Preferably looking for single people or at least not planning on bringing long-term guests over. Be mindful that it is still a family home. A most recent tenant screening report would be appreciated, no more than a year. Because we have pet cats, I can accommodate so they do not have access to the main floor where the room is located. If you have any questions or concerns I can be flexible so please let me know.

    I work Mon-Fri most weeks from 6a-3p, sometimes weekends. My cousin works Wed-Sun 3p-10p and weekends. Both of us keep to ourselves in our own rooms most of the time.
