We have been blessed with amazing tenants previously. It worked really well as a multi generation unit. We would like a 1 year lease, but are open to short term rental. 1 year lease $3949/month (preferred) 3-6 month lease $4240/month 1-3 month lease $4740/month UNIT IS FURNISHED. Please note, the photos with white sectional are correct, but the furniture in brown couch photos is different than old photos listed to die different angles. Across the street from a park with beautiful walking trails, also right next to PCC Sylvania & bus stop is about 1 min away. Lush green forest all around, large home with multiple relaxing spaces, multiple patios and outdoor areas. Furnace in room for winter, and fan use for summer. We also have central heat and central AC. Additional unit in basement is included which includes a kitchen, living, bed, and full bath. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, including a masters with an ensuite. There is a walk-in closet in the masters, each bedroom has plenty of space and a large closets, and there is a bathroom that has a skylight for the other two bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs has a bedroom that we have used (and furnished) as an office with a sit/stand desk and Ikea cube shelving. Main level has full kitchen, and large living room, half bath, and entry room/play room off kitchen, and a dining room between living room and kitchen. It is pretty open concept. Lots of windows everywhere, every room in the house has a window except the downstairs bathroom. Newly refinished hardwoods on main level. Fresh new carpet in entire house. Fresh paint as of April. New dishwasher. Washer/dryer unit on top floor, also another set in basement, if you want to use it. There is a main level porch, and a large area for walking dogs, as well as an additional patio stone area, where we have a fireplace and outdoor furniture for your use. (please keep cushions dry in rain.) House will come furnished. With a king bed in master, another king bed downstairs, a full bed in one room upstairs, and a twin bed in the other upstairs room. Sit/stand desk in lower office/bedroom. Dining table and chairs, Large white sectional and ottoman in the living room. Lightly FURNISHED- (beds, table, etc.. all essentials are there, but plenty of space for your own belongings as well.) The house is only 15 minutes from Nike HQ, UnderArmour, OHSU, and walking distance to PCC Sylvania and SW Lesser Park which has beautiful walking trails for kids or dogs on leash. You can also use the campus track and field. Backyard is large and private and has a natural feeling with room for campfires and evening hang outs. In addition to the two stories upstairs with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bath, the house includes a separate 1 bedroom 1 bath unit on the lowest level. The lower unit has a separate entrance in the back, or it can be used as a mother in law suite, or an office space and just use the staircase that divides the units. Both units are being rented together in the same lease. The house comes furnished with 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 twin, and large matching sofas, and an office set up with a sit/stand desk, and dining room table and chairs. Renter pays for all utilities except trash. Open to short term rentals. Prefer a rental that goes until sometime next summer. We are also open to longer rentals as well though. One or two small to midsized dogs ok, if they stay off the couches. (Sorry we did this with our own dogs- Portland is often muddy, and our sofas are very light ivory.
