There are three areas to eat and two living rooms to relax in, along with a work-from-home office space and four outdoor spaces. There is free parking available for guests and visiting company. You can use the parking within the driveway or additional parking on the street in front of the home. The garage is locked off and occupied with storage at this time. A pet fee is required for up to 2 dogs, charging $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs, paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on the digital check-in. Pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets. Just a short drive from the home, you can access Meridian's popular Village where you'll find beautiful waterfalls and light pathways as you explore shopping, dining, and the Village Cinema that has VIP21 movies with balcony seating and dinner served right to your seat. The Village hosts seasonal events, including story times for children, seasonal ice skating, and visits from Santa Claus, the Easter bunny, and dressed-up Disney characters. The home does not host parties of any sort and keeps music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. Smoking, vaping, or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premises. Reports of failure to comply with the smoking/drug policy, noise curfew cut-off time of 10pm, and pet policies will result in additional expenses to remove odors or repair any damages done to the property that hinder another same-day check-in.
