The kitchenette includes a granite countertop, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and basic cookware for light meals and snacks. There is also a dining table for 4 with water views. Enjoy access to Bahia Beach, Cooks Bar & Grill, a waterfront pool and hot tub, game room, tennis courts, charcoal grills, and a fitness center. Beach towels, chairs, and a cooler are provided so you can pack light. Two waterfront restaurants are within walking distance, and a fishing dock and marina are nearby. There is no parking available for jet skis or boats. Little Harbor is a relaxed resort community right on Tampa Bay. Most neighbors are fellow vacationers enjoying the beach and resort amenities. Everything in the resort is walkable. For exploring Tampa, Bradenton, or nearby dining, a car is recommended. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors' projects or renovations and other activities. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps. Pets are not allowed, but ESA pets incur a pet fee of $80. Service animals are free. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, there is a $250 penalty. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Because the apartment is right on the water, you may occasionally notice a natural sea smell. The patio light is managed by the building and stays on 24/7 and cannot be switched off from inside the unit.
