This airy studio is designed for comfort and convenience, just steps from the sand and resort fun. It features two plush queen beds with fresh linens and cozy bedding, a full bath with a shower/tub combo, and a kitchenette perfect for snacks, light meals, or coffee breaks. The kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and basic cookware, with a granite countertop and dining table for four with water views. Entertainment and essentials include a smart TV with streaming apps, high-speed Wi-Fi, closet space, a fan, and storage for beach gear. Please note that there is no parking available for jet skis or boats. ESA pets incur a pet fee of $80 and service animals are free. Bahia Beach is a quiet bayside retreat with restaurants, a marina, and coastal charm. You can walk to the beach, pools, and dining, but a car is recommended for exploring Tampa, St. Pete, or nearby beaches. A digital rental agreement and ID verification photo are required before check-in. Check-in time is 4 PM EST and checkout time is 11 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the rental, and a $250 penalty applies if cleaners determine smoking has taken place. In case of a lockout, a $125 fee applies for re-entry assistance, or $200 if outside regular business hours. Weapons are not allowed without prior written approval, and a violation will result in immediate removal and a $250 penalty. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors' projects or renovations, and we do not issue refunds for such disturbances. Guests must log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services on the smart TV, and unauthorized subscriptions will incur a $25 service fee. A $20 resort fee acts as a damage waiver covering up to $500 in damages during your stay, excluding linens, towels, and small decorative items. Guests may be liable for damages beyond $500 or those not covered by the waiver. Items left behind will incur a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs for their return.
