The owner resides upstairs. The idea is that the only shared space is the kitchen and laundry, otherwise we should have very little contact, which is a perfect roommate scenario! This is for ONE tenant only. Background check will be performed. Rental agreements/leases will be signed, month to month lease available. Owner pays utilities. This is a no smoking/no drugs on property, inside or on property grounds. No more than 1 car at property. Deposit includes: security deposit, fees for application, background check and cleaning fees.
