Large back deck with hot tub, great for entertaining! My husband and I purchased this home in 2009 and have made quite a few improvements over the past 6 years. (On this site it says the home was last purchased in 2005 for 125,000 but that is not correct, we purchased it in 2009 for 144,000.)
