Relax on the lanai by the private pool and spa, with sun loungers and an outdoor dining area. You'll also have access to resort amenities including a pool, gym, mini golf, lazy river, and water slides. Pool and spa heating is available for $35 per day and must be requested 48 hours in advance. A $50 BBQ fee will be charged per stay, which includes BBQ cleaning, a propane tank, and BBQ utensils. Quiet hours are between 11 PM and 8 AM. Please park only in designated areas and ensure every vehicle has a parking pass. Trash should be placed inside the bench by the front door for daily collection starting at 7:00 am. All trash must be placed in trash bags inside the bin. Loose trash found in bins is subject to a $50 fee. Avoid flushing any items in the sinks and toilets to prevent clogs. No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner. Parties and events are prohibited. Please do not wash comforters, light colors, dark colors, whites together, or towels with bed linens. No pets and no smoking are allowed.
