Walking distance to campus and sits on 1 acre of land several blocks from the university. Ideally rented to 2-3 students/individuals looking for an inexpensive and really nice place to live. Tenants split the rent equally. Garbage is included in the rent however all other utilities are responsibility of tenants. Mowing and snow plowing is also performed by me, the landlord.
