This is the best lot over here, hands down and by far the best place to live in East Nashville. I'm putting my "walk away from it price" up before I put money and resources into renovating, etc. I love this house and hate to let it go but I'm planning to move eventually. My reason for increased price over market value is because of the lot size and shape. Anyone could buy this and split a chunk off (possibly 2) if they desired or do a full teardown... Or if you actually like privacy, keep it as is and renovate the house to your liking (this is what I would prefer) It does have a brand new roof, HVAC for main floor is ~5 years old and ~10 years old for upstairs unit.
