This neighborhood has had settlement issues in the past. Many of the properties have had stabilization repairs done over the years. The property next door was extensively damaged 20 years ago due to the settlement issues. As a result the previous owner of this property made an insurance claim and received a settlement 20 years ago in 1999. Alleging sinkhole activity. We have done extensive research and have found no evidence of such activity. Additionally, we hired a licensed soil and foundation engineer in January 2019 to do a study on this property. He found no issues whatsoever with the soil or foundation.This property has no cracks in the walls or foundation and the engineer has certified this property to be solid. We also did extensive research and could not find a single case where this property received any type of repair due to settlement or sinkhole issues. As a result we could not find that this property has ever needed any type of repair.
