You can enjoy your time exploring the city and come back to soak in the hot tub, and relax on the patio with outside seating for your friends. The house has its own bathroom, a living area, a queen bed, and a breakfast bar. There is an electric griddle, mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. There is also an alleyway patio with seating and a gas BBQ. The common areas that are shared with guests in the main house are the hot tub and the back deck with an awning. The laundry room is located on the east end of the garage, accessed from outside on the RV parking strip. This property is close to everything Boise has to offer, its downtown scene, whitewater park, biking trails, and the magnificent foothills trail system. With being only a 10-minute bike ride from the foothills trail system and only 15 minutes away from eight local breweries you are bound to find endless opportunities to enjoy yourself. This home is located in the North End one of the regions of Boise that those who relocate to Boise want to live. It's truly a great neighborhood and just a block east of the main road. One will see residents walking dogs, or being with friends on a stroll in the evenings. This home is a quiet place to stay yet near enough to access downtown Boise and other shopping centers. This North End home is close to everything Boise offers. The heart of downtown is five minutes away and the green belt is a short five blocks away. The Boise Foothill trail system is about five minutes away, depending on which trail system you want to hike on. This home is 45 minutes from Bogus Basin Recreation Resort; 20-30 minutes from the Lucky Peak Reservoir! There are plenty of places to explore within the Boise Valley. Staying here is a true Boise experience! The rental rate depends on the length of stay. Parties are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property or in the house. Pets are allowed; however, there is a pet deposit for each animal.
