Ceiling fans added to every room in the house. 2 air conditioners provided too keep cool and forced air heat to keep you warm. Spacious livingroom and dining room with an island! Fire ring provided in back yard for nighttime relaxing as well large deck around back of the house. Nice clean neighborhood. I mow the lawn. Sidewalk snow removal is the tenants responsibility. Applicants will fill out an Iowa Rental Application, that I provide. Looking for 2 Upper Iowa University male students to join 2 males already on the lease. Lease is from June 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026. Rent is due the 1st of every month. Renters are responsible for the utilities. No drugs, no illegall activities, no smoking and no pets. Deposit will be returned 30 days after the end of lease if the house is in the same condition as when you moved in and there are no damages or money left owing from past rent due.
