Use whatever you need around the kitchen. You're welcome to use my detergents, household cleaners, and your bathroom will be stocked woth the basics initially. The washer/dryer/steamer is located in your bathroom. Your area of the house has garage access and there's space if you have a few extra items to store. There's a huge backyard. The property has lots of berry bushes, fruit trees, vines, and outdoor furniture. It's in a quiet and safe neighborhood full of young families and working professionals. It's walking distance to Riverbend Ponds, and has access to Spring Creek Trail. I have two cats who are indoor/outdoor. I'd be open to your pet so long as it isn't a cat. I'll spend idle time in the yard or working on a project around the house, and am usually to bed by 9pm. I'm a single parent and my 1 kiddo is in school/care when i work. For this reason, I'll ask you not make a habit of having guests frequently visit here. We'll get along if you arerespectful of that ask, friendly and pick up after yourself in the common areas. Lease is month-to-month, perfect if you need a temporary, welcoming place that feels like home. Rent is due on the 1st. When you're ready to move on, no 30-day notice just let me know before the next month starts, and your deposit covers that last month (no pro-rate). Stays are usually 2 9 months. Proof of income and a background check are required.
