Our condo is located in a newly-renovated historic building called 'The 1865' and it is located just over 1 mile outside the core of downtown Nashville. It is central to just about everything and just a short distance to all of the many great neighborhoods in town. The 1865 has a great story to tell; the building is a newly-renovated, 4-story, historic, brick tobacco "barn" that has been converted into luxury condominiums. It is absolutely one of the more unique and exquisite buildings in Nashville. The team behind the renovations has done a fantastic job keeping most of the original elements of the existing historic structure while integrating all things modern (brand new condos, kitchens, appliances, showers, bathrooms, etc).
