Continue through the living room to a fully equipped farmers kitchen with a dining area, the large dining table offers seating for 8. The kitchen hosts all white cabinets, granite countertops, and updated appliances. In the kitchen you will also find a breakfast bar with two barstools. Throughout the home are newly refinished large plank hardwood floors. On the main floor there are two bedrooms, Bedroom #1 which has a queen bed and Bedroom #2 with two twin beds. A full bathroom with a tub and shower is located on this floor as well. At the front of the home between the living room and bedrooms is a staircase leading you to the second floor of the home. There are two bedrooms on this level. Bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds and Bedroom #4 is a large family space-- complete with a flat screen tv, queen sized sofa bed, and table for games. This bedroom/family room has a brand new en suite full bathroom with shower. Enjoy a backyard barbeque with the use of an available gas grill and seating for 6 at a patio table with an umbrella on the spacious deck. The yard is mostly fenced in and has an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water for when you come off of the beach. The kitchen of the home conveniently opens up with sliding glass doors to the deck and backyard. Easily access Belmont Road Beach or Pleasant Road Beach. Take your canoe, kayak, or even float on the Herring River which is .4 miles from the home. There is also a small fishing dock down the road where families love to fish and catch crabs! To confirm a reservation: For reservations made over 60 days awayyou can make 2 payments 50% deposit plus a $125 process fee with reservation and then the final balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Master card and Visa for payment. Departure Cleaning and Accidental Damage Protection (up to $1500) are included with your reservation. There are no extra fees. Off Season rates for $1,450 per week and $300 per night for a 3 night stay.
