The apartment has a large living area, adjacent work area, kitchen and dining area, upstairs bedroom, bathroom with a tub, 2 walk-in closets and a storage room outside of the apartment. The stove is gas, heating is forced air and AC is central. Laundry is available in the building. Parking isn't available in front of the building, but there are a few parking lots around where one can rent a spot. We park our car a few blocks away and we are happy to put you in touch with the management for that lot. The building has only a freight elevator that is used for moving in/out. There are two entrances to the building that one can choose from: one has 2 long flights of stairs and the other is significantly shorter. The brick wall will be repaired between our move out and your move in. There is a monthly pet fee, but the amount varies based on the type ($25 for cats, $50 for dogs). We would love it if someone took our furniture with the lease too-the sofa and the bed are less than a year old. Everything is in great condition (our dog doesn't chew furniture or soil inside), our apartment is a no-shoes zone, and I am allergic to animal dander, so the rugs are also in good condition. There is NO FEE. Move-in requires first and last rent and filled our application delivered/faxed to the leasing agency in Somerville.
