The four bedrooms available upper level is located almost in the middle of Brainerd and Little Falls. We are in Crow Wing County, which puts us in the Brainerd school district. I do own 60 acres, so if you're looking for a country living lifestyle, you will see deer in the fields, wild turkeys, and geese. The yard itself is almost five acres. There is plenty of room for family get-togethers. I was born and raised in the area, and all the neighbors are friendly, hard-working farmers. The stove and refrigerator are only a few years old, and there is a huge center island in the kitchen, a ceiling fan, plenty of cupboard space, and a walk-in pantry. There is a ceiling fan along with a fireplace in the living room. The fireplace has not been used in 20 years, and I would like to keep it that way. All the bedrooms have nice size walk-in closets. The master bedroom has a ceiling fan, French doors, a step-in tub, two separate vanities, and a separate shower. There is 11x14, 14x14, 11x1, and the master bedroom is 14x16, not counting the bathroom. I'm looking for long time renters and will be flexible if you want to add a flower garden or vegetable garden. Tenant is responsible for maintaining walkways from ice snow, for preventing injury, and must keep their driveway plowed. Pets can be negotiated depending on the breed of a dog or the kind of animal, but there will be a $200 non-refundable pet deposit. The pet must be housebroken, and I also have a large kennel on the property for an outside dog. There is a garage on the property, but it (does not) come with the rental of the home. There is a fireplace in the living room that has not been used in 20 years, and I would like to keep it that way. There are a smokehouse and a pool available for use, but if you choose to neglect the privilege, then its use will be revoked. If you decide to use the pool or the smokehouse, it would be expected to help keep it clean. There is also a cement slab to park on, and there is no parking on the grass.
