Our home is fully furnished with nearly everything you might need from linens and beach chairs to books and games. There is a well equipped kitchen that, aside from dishes, silverware and pots, includes a microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and anything you need to make dinner or put together a snack to enjoy on the patio. Adjacent is our cozy living room which has a TV with wi-fi and basic cable. The sofa is a full size futon to accommodate an overnight guest. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private, enclosed patio just outside your door or the outdoor patio downstairs. Please be aware that the Perch is on the second story so you must be able to walk up stairs. Additional Information: The bedroom has a comfy queen size bed, a closet, a dresser and plenty of space for all your personal items. It also has a TV. The good sized bathroom is completely remodeled with a tub/shower combination. The property is on a quiet street in a neighborhood that is considered safe and family oriented. There are several motion sensitive outdoor lights so you can feel comfortable going up the stairs at night. A clean laundromat is only a 3 minute drive away.
