Retreat to the fire pit area for campfire & s'mores. There is plenty of room to amuse yourself and your guests. Brand new full-sized stacked washer and dryer are there to clean up after a fun day. The large eat-in kitchen has enough seating for 6 easily. Free parking in the driveway for a large SUV and another car, along with 2 cars on the street in front of the house. If renting fully furnished, the house also includes: a fully stocked eat-in kitchen for 6 guests with pots & pans, utensils, dinnerware & more. Two bedrooms with king-sized beds, one bedroom with 2 twin beds- all with high thread count sheets, extra blankets, and pillows. Thick towels for the bathroom. Two comfortable leather couches in the spacious living room with a large TV. Free parking. All utilities, lawn care, pest control (it's Florida after all), wifi, and Netflix are included in the fully furnished rental option. Just bring your clothes and toiletries! We live nearby if needed, but prefer to remain unseen. Flexible lease terms of 1 week minimum up to 1 year with renewal options. $3000/month for a 1 year lease, unfurnished, renter pays all utilities and services. $3600/month for Fully Furnished short term or long term stays (3 night minimum, the rate will be pro-rated accordingly to the length of stay). Rate includes- all utilities, wifi, Netflix, lawn care and pest control. For any duration of stay: If there will be pets, an extra cleaning fee and deposit will be required from the renter depending on the type(s) of pets and duration of the stay. No smoking or vaping in the house. Free parking for 2 vehicles in the drive and two cars on the street directly in front of the house. More free street parking is available along the rest of the street.
