The sleeping arrangements of this single-level home are as follows: Primary Bedroom: King Bed, Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Bedroom 3: Queen Bed, Bedroom 4: Queen Bed, Bedroom 5: Bunk Beds (Queen-Over-Queen) and 1 person sofa bed. Bathrooms include a full bathroom in the primary bedroom ensuite and another full bathroom. Additional spaces include a game room, a dedicated enclave for recreation and leisure pursuits. Pet-friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard. Additional fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests. Pool: The pool is serviced twice a week during summer months and once a week during all other months. The pool technician will access the area through the backyard gate. The pool is not heated. Since the pool is outdoors, it is possible for leaves or natural debris to accumulate between service visits, despite regular maintenance. Pool and kiddie pool are not heated.
