Tenant shall pay monthly rent in full on first day of each month of the lease.Upon signing the lease,Tenant shall pay the monthly rent due and the security deposit. Tenant is responsible for paying all electric, gas, water and other utilities. Tenant shall maintain all appliances, equipments, furniture, furnishings and other property included under this lease. Tenant shall surrender same to landlord in the same condition as received. Tenant shall make all the repairs which become necessary due to tenants act and/or negligence.If tenant does not make such repairs, landlord add cost of repair to additional rent. Tenant shall not make any alterations, additions, modifications in house during the lease term.
