Looking for someone to take over our lease at Latitude (on the 6th floor highest and premium floor). Rent is $1430/month (usually $1405/mo, but on the 6th floor is an extra $25/mo). Rent includes water, trash, parking (will give you our parking pass). There is a $20 credit/mo for electricity the rest is paid via app with SimpleBills. It's also fully furnished, with a queen size mattress and in-unit stacked washer & dryer. (These pictures of our current unit right now it will be cleaned prior to moving in, don't worry.) Our unit is a 1 bed/1bath master on the 6th floor, so it's the most premium 1 bedroom offered. It's also in the East building, right across from UIUC Engineering. Huge walk in closet, lots of amenities. It has secure entry with electronic key to both buildings, amenities, and apartment unit. Latitude offers package concierge, game room, roof top grill, dog park, etc. Here is the link incase you want to look: I will give anyone who takes over our lease for the remaining 6 months $500. Venmo'd or Cash after lease takeover is signed! :) Move in will be mid-late January or beginning February, up to you.
