    What the owner loves about this home
    -Convenient to everything -newer, elevated development -clean and safe neighborhood -lived here over 20 years! I really liked the partitioned section in living room for the home office. In the cooler months I would work from home with the porch doors open to take in the fresh air and sounds of nature. There is total privacy back there and room to have a small garden. My adjacent neighbors are super nice. Brighton Bay is kind of an oasis in a very busy part of St. Pete. It is smack in the middle of the St. Pete- Clearwater - Tampa try-city area.
