And, if the coastal breeze isn't enough, you're sure to enjoy the heavenly aroma of the jasmine blooms which surrounds your courtyard or the more delightful fragrance of gardenia which gracefully bloom under your cottage windows. If the heavenly fragrances from the front garden are not enough, you're sure to take notice of the precious baby pink flowering jasmine just outside your backdoor. Not enough? Venture down the path where the cutting garden is filled with heirloom roses and bring some indoors to perfume your home. Among the garden have been a couple of Washington Naval orange trees (making some of the most delicious fresh squeezed juice), an heirloom Paul Robeson tomato, Seascape strawberries, Patio cucumber, an assortment of heirloom lettuces, Bright Lights Swiss chard, Kentucky Blue Lake pole beans, yellow squash, Black Beauty zucchini and a couple of darling basil bushes. There are a bunch of pretty flowers too (alyssum, celiosia, zinnia, penstemon, phlox and salvia - just to name a few). It's a small little private patio but it's filled with prettiness. No home is complete without a four-legged roommate be it a canine or feline descendant. Just as a heads-up, this cottage rests among two others on the property and parking is on the street. The cottage sits in a darling neighborhood and is surrounded primarily by charming homes, is within walking distance of the Beverly Hills park, lots of shops, a certified Farmer's Market, is close to The Grove, Beverly Center and major freeways and is literally minutes from the beach. The availability of this cottage will not last long. Please arrange to visit the exterior of the property prior to scheduling a meeting to view the interior.
