Maybe had 1 friend in the last 3 months here, lol. I don't party, I don't drink. 420. Zero Drama. I work full-time 730am to 5pm M-F. I'm the only one living in the house. I like no stress after work at home, lol. Sure you do also. What you get with your room rental...........Access to 1,300 sq ft house, 3 bed, 2 bath. You will have your own private room 11X13 and own private full bathroom with full bathtub. Bathroom remodeled couple years ago (bathroom has closet in it also). Full privacy fenced backyard 40X110. Quiet and safe neighborhood (always have the windows open at night, weather permitting and never hear anything). You can have a garage parking spot, driveway and street. Rent includes, water, sewer, electricity, gas, trash, high speed internet (As long as utilities are with in reason we can keep rent down). Netflix, Hulu, Prime, HBO. If you want to come look, let me know when. Room was painted about a year ago. This is not a first come first serve room. We got to get along if you know what I mean, lol. Nothing worse than a bad roommate, lol. Also, Ares my dog got to like you, lol. But he likes 99% of everyone, he is a big baby.
