Shared bathroom (with handheld bidet), living room (with a giant tv) and kitchen (with almost everything you might need). Your room's pretty private, because my room is separated and need to walk through a small hallway to use bathroom and kitchen. Laundromat is less than 5 minutes walk. Near to USPS, bus stop, liquor store, Walgreens and Food Bazaar. I'm fully vaccinated, cats friendly and non-smoker. Bills are not included. (About 50-100 each per month) Pay on time. No smoking. Parking lot beside the building can be park after restaurant hours. I'm not sure about the furniture. If my roommate leaves it here, the room will be semi-furnished.
