it needs work. i had sold it on contract for deed and got it back. the structure is good. needs either carpet or you can finish the hardwood floors. the yard also needs work.wouldn'take much to make this home very nice again. some sheetrock, paint, alot of cleaning and you would be ready to move in. Neighborhood Description i guess i pretty well said it when i filled in the things i love about my home. its a very clean neighborhood. pets are loved there. the neighbors just want the house back to the way we kept it when my late husband was still living. we had a beautiful lawn and beautiful garden. my late husband built an extra storage shed in the back. the neighbors want me to come back but we are full time rv ers and do not want to live in one place anymore. if it wasnt for that i would be back in a flash. our home was so cozy and homey. you would love it once it had a fix up. very well built. it needs new windows also. but the steel siding and double shingles plus the attic is full insulated. it definitely has more pros than cons. Like i said if you are looking for a fix up house this one would be perfect for you. partially finished basement. we took the carpets out and found out it had hard wood floors. the wood needs work but its definitely hard wood. it would need floor covering in the kitchen and probably a new stove.
