Hey there, I'm Park. That's short for 606 N Park road! It's too bad my owners are selling me, but I am pretty excited for my new ones! So, since I'm applying for the job of being your home, I'd like to take a moment to brag about myself. Well the first most obvious thing you will notice is my curb appeal. I host nice mature trees up front and am very inviting. When you come in, you'll see that I've been updated and have lots of great things to offer including a fireplace both upstairs and downstairs. Where to start.. hmm I have a two year old pool liner and Kreepy Krawler to keep it nice and clean; things that are all 1 year old include: clothes washer, garage door opener, water heater and sump pump; I have a 25 year transferrable warranty on the foundational work I had done (oh how I feel 21 again..); this year along with the new pool pump, I got a new garbage disposal and had my AC serviced. Phewww! Oh yea, when my owners first moved in, they hooked me up with a reverse osmosis system and entire home water softener. They really spoiled me! With all of that said, my favorite thing about myself is still my nice open kitchen and the outdoor cooking space. Out back, I offer lots of entertainment features. You are sure to have the most memorable home warming EVER! It is so nice to hang out poolside, dipping your toes in the pool and being able to walk right over to the grill to grab a bite.
