2.) Credit and background check will be reviewed for passing qualifying requirements for credit and background. Our property manager will reach out and send an application to check employment and references and a Employment Release of Information form (permission to contact employer).
3.). Application will be reviewed for employment and references.
4.) Once application is reviewed, move-in date will be established, letter of acceptance and deposit to hold form will be sent.
