We have a very cozy home for rent by owner in downtown Pendleton across the street from the community pool and public library! We are in search of one, or two individuals max, to occupy our 2 bedroom, 1 office, 2 bath home. The master bedroom has a walk in closet. It has a newly renovated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel farm sink, kitchen appliances, and vinyl plank flooring. In addition, it includes a laundry room with available washer and dryer. The quaint home features a nice covered front patio and large yard. It is accompanied by a two-car detached garage for your use. We have a lease application fee of $55 per tenant, a one-year lease plus utilities (Renter pays water, trash/sewer, electric, & gas), and a security deposit of one month's rent. Renter's Insurance is required. Pet policy is a single pet only (a dog under 20lbs or cat) and fees apply. Renter is also responsible for lawn care (mowing/weed eating/general upkeep of flower beds), snow removal, salt replacement in water softener, cable TV, and internet/wifi. Smoking is not permitted inside or outside of the property.
