Tenant is prohibited from flushing cat litter, leaning products, feminine hygiene products, baby diapers/wipes, tissue papers, paper towels and other foreign objects down the toilet 15. Ice makers/garbage disposals will be repaired at owner discretion, jambs caused by tenant will be repaired at tenants expense 16. Clogged drains resulting from Tenants actions will be repaired at Tenants expense 17. Security system at tenants expense and approval by Landlord 18. If tenant uses fireplace, annual cleaning is required at tenant expense 19. Tenant is responsible to report to the Landlord any items that would require general maintenance by the Landlord, and any leaks in plumbing, windows, doors, roof etc. 20. Tenant is responsible to clean appliances, and have stained carpets shampooed prior to vacating, carpet stains not removed by cleaning may be deemed as damage to property 21. Third Party Payor, Lessor and Lessee agrees that the third party 4620DB, LLC is authorized to pay rent and/or advance the refundable security deposit on behalf of Lessee to Lessor. It is also agreed that 4620DB, LLC, unless terminated by Lessee, shall have the authority to request extensions, give notice to vacate, and give any other notices required pursuant to this Agreement to Lessor on behalf of Lessee.
