I've owned this lovely home for about 15 years. As time has passed, our family has grown and we required a bigger living space. We are saddened at the thought of selling our kid's childhood home. We've taken the liberty to upgrade the AC/Heating unit for those cold winters and hot summers. The new unit can keep up with any weather condition with ease. The front yard has been re-done with Zoysia grass and a new sprinkler system. We've also added a great 24/7 video recording camera system that can be viewed from your smart phone. It covers the exterior of the home as well as inside and even captures audio. One of our favorite things about this home is the kitchen. Completely remodeled with quarts countertops and an amazing stone/glass/mosiac combination back splash. Everything is soft close so no more loud banging from the drawers or doors when closing the cabinets. This list will go on and on about what we love about this home.
