Our home is 5 years old. My husband does construction so he built our custom home. It has 3 large bedrooms, 2 Baths, a bonus room upstairs that runs almost the length of the house, attached 2 car garage that includes an above ground storm shelter. Home also includes a 16x30 shop with a 16x30 attached carport. There's a big covered front porch and a deck with patio. There's a large completely wood fenced backyard, great space for kids/pets. Very large front yard as well, along with very spacious parking area. There's a well with great water, and a septic tank. Our home is very energy efficient, therefore the electric bill doesn't run high. We are very close to Twin Bridges and are in Fairland School district.
