Flagstaff winter parking restrictions prohibit on street parking November 1 to April 1 from midnight to 7 a.m. The cottage is close by and within walking distance, of the downtown historic district with shopping and restaurants, forest trails for hiking and biking, Farmers Market, Thorpe and Wheeler city parks, community center, public tennis courts, ball fields and an 18-hole disc golf course, public library, grocery stores, Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff Medical Center, Frances Short Pond, Lowell Observatory, Amtrak train station and city bus lines.
