Rent is $1200 per month and there is a fully refundable $1200 security and cleaning deposit which can be made in a couple of payments. Resident is responsible for all utilities. The bathroom has a standard toilet, small sink with cabinet, tall narrow cabinet for personal items and a 30 inch corner shower.. A single off street parking pad is on Grand Canyon Ave that will accommodate one car.
