University Square has one and two bedroom apartments. The one bedroom apartments rent for $825 a month. The two bedroom, one bath apartments rent for $995 a month. Included in the monthly rent is heat, air conditioning, hot and cold water, sewer, and trash. The only utility bill the tenants are responsible for is the electric that it used for things that plug in, including the refrigerator and stove. The average monthly utility bill is $20-$30 a month for a one bedroom and $40-$50 a month for a two bedroom. Internet/cable access, if desired, is also the responsibility of the tenant. The building has secure entries, free off-street parking in our private lot, elevators, and app/coin-operated laundry in the basement. We offer 12-month leases exclusively. The rental amount also assumes 1 person per bedroom. The apartments will hold a maximum of 2 people per bedroom. An extra person in a one-bedroom apartment costs an extra $50 per month. In a two-bedroom apartment, there is an extra monthly fee of $100 per month per person above the 1 person per bedroom limit.
