Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee: 1-hour early check-in at 3 PM ($25), 2-hour early check-in at 2 PM ($50), 1-hour late check-out at 11 AM ($25), and 2-hour late check-out at 12 PM ($50). A romance package is available for $100, including rose petals on the master bed, a "Happy Anniversary" or "I Love You" banner, a delicious chocolate cake, and a complimentary bottle of champagne, plus a free 12 PM late check-out. A birthday package is available for $100, featuring a "Happy Birthday" banner, a chocolate cake with gold candles, and a complimentary bottle of champagne, plus a free 12 PM late check-out.
The location could honestly not be more perfect! There are so many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street to check out with their own unique character and amazing food! Bakersfield is a personal favorite for their delicious margaritas and tacos, and Jeni's Ice Cream is also a must-try. The Short North District is a five-minute walk away, and the Greater Columbus Convention Center is also a five-minute walk away. Nationwide Arena Stadium is a 10-minute walk away, and downtown Columbus and Ohio State University campus are less than a mile away. Kroger Food Market is less than a mile away, Nationwide Children's Hospital is an eight-minute drive away, and CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport is a 10-minute drive/Uber away. Easton Town Center Shopping Mall is a 15-minute drive away, and there is easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines for getting around the city!
Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the centrally located downtown location and shared walls with the neighboring unit. White noise machines and fans are provided in every room for light sleepers. Occasional highway noise may be expected. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over (even if not spending the night) unless under the reservation guest count. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $300. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately.
