The apartment is a short walk to the Short North District and the Greater Columbus Convention Center, and less than a mile from downtown Columbus and Ohio State University campus. It's also a short drive to Nationwide Children's Hospital and CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport, with easy access to major highways and COTA lines. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Occasional highway noise may also be expected. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved. No loud music, parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $300. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. For any undisclosed pet, a $500 charge will apply. Two exterior security cameras (one at the front porch, one at the rear door) operate 24/7.
