We have a private room to rent in a spacious 4/2 house in a great Arvada neighborhood! Move in date between July 19th and August 1st. The bedroom is NOT furnished. Located 1.5 miles from the light rail station and Olde Town Arvada where there are lots of great restaurants, bars, and shops. Centrally located with a 25 min drive to mountains or 20 min drive to downtown. More pictures coming soon, after rooms are painted. Upstairs there is 2 bedrooms (1 of them yours), a living room, kitchen, and full bath. Hardwood floors throughout upstairs other than kitchen & bath. Downstairs is a finished basement with a large bonus room, 2 beds, a bath, and a washer & dryer. Behind the house there is a patio and a fenced in yard with plenty of garden space and even play place for the pup. The private room being rented out is one of the upstairs rooms so you will share the full bath with one other clean and respectful tenant. $900 per month, this price includes all your utilities and WiFi. 12-month lease required. $900 security deposit and first month's rent due on move in. Must complete rental application, back ground check, and income check. Driveway parking included and there is plenty of additional street parking. We are open to a well-behaved dog. One time $200 pet deposit. Sorry no cats (allergies). No other animals currently in the house. Other tenants in the house are laid back young professionals who are 420 friendly. We are social individuals that enjoy live music, hiking, ski/snowboarding, and having drinks with friends. Not a party house. We keep it chill during the work week but we do like to have friends over on occasion during the weekends.
