On-site maintenance covering any hotel owned furniture, equipment, and systems is available during business hours. Property is non-smoking except for designated outside areas. A $250 fee will apply for smoking in room and subsequent instances will result in removal. On site, uncovered parking is available at no charge. Spaces are not assigned, and ADA spaces are available throughout the property. Pre-payment is due either on a monthly basis on the Thursday prior to the start of the month OR weekly on Thursdays covering Thursday night - the following Wednesday night. A prepayment schedule on Fridays can be discussed and must be approved by our General Manager. We welcome up to two pets including cats and well-behaved dogs up to 75 lbs with a flat, non-refundable fee of $150. Note that we have two floors and we do not have elevators. First floor requests should be made prior to arrival so that we may do our best to accommodate you.
