Brick building with one off street parking spot. Has that San Fransico vibe. Locked doors to gain entrance into hallways. This unit just had the hardwood redone. Windows are dual pane and have shutters to help keep utilities down, central heat and air. Rooms are good sized with a large closet in the bedroom. There is a washer and dryer in basement. We are picky whom we rent too as this is an 8 unit building and all the tenants are really nice people that deserve another great tenant. When you respond to tour, please give me at least two times that work for you. Thank you Owner pays for everything but your power, cable and internet. No smokers in or outside the building.
